（中央社記者葉素萍台北18日電）端午將至，民進黨總統參選人蔡英文今天送台南菱香粽給黨工們。她說，吃完粽子後，就要準備上工了，選戰馬上要開打，吃完粽子，更有力氣打選戰。
蔡英文今天與台南友善大地社會企業執行長楊從貴共同召開記者會，致贈台南菱香粽給黨工。楊從貴棄科技產業高薪，投入推廣有機農業。菱香粽用的是花蓮產的米與台南的菱角。
蔡英文說，菱香粽食材來自台灣的無毒食材，她希望台灣能夠在吃的每件東西上，都能有一份堅持，多一點在地的健康食材，讓從事無毒、有機農業的朋友，在辛勤投入過程中得到鼓勵，這對台灣食安問題的解決，也有很大的幫忙。
蔡英文送給黨工菱香粽，黨工回送一串用粽葉包裹的小豬撲滿粽；民進黨發言人鄭運鵬在旁邊幫腔「這代表主席2016總統大選一定包中（粽）」；蔡英文看著小豬撲滿直呼「好可愛哦」，接著又說「這（小豬）裝不了多少錢，大隻一點比較好」。
